If you're big on bonus/reload --party has the most players and (from what I see) offers more reloads etc.

Myself personally - I like pokerstars. The customer service has always been great. They let you make player-to-player transfers for any amount. it's easy (like party) to find tables and tournies. I just like the layout better.

I hear alot of people talking about how much they like the tourneys at poker stars. I like them too, but the players there are far and away better.

As for the cash games, especially NL, there are just as many fish at stars than at party.

second that......i just started playing the fulltilt tourneys and it is a lot easier then on stars to accumulate chips

pstars $10 and $20 rebuys and the weekend $215 are a MUST tho.
